While many claim that they never have the issue of an opened bottle, some of us do. Don't let a good bottle ever go wasted -- Freeze it!
Freezing wine can keep it longer, three months compared to the typical three days on countertop or in the fridge. Wine ice cubes are very handy when you are cooking (recipe requires wine) or making a refreshing drink.
